Returns & refunds

Because most items are made to order, returns work a little differently than off-the-shelf retail. If something arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us through your order status page and we'll make it right — a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Sizing

Check the size guide on each product page before you order. If you're between sizes or unsure, reach out before ordering — once production starts on a made-to-order item, we generally can't change it.

How refunds work

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refund processing and manufacturing cancellation are tracked separately — a refund does not by itself confirm production was stopped, and we'll always tell you the true status of both.
