Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States. Each product page shows a production-time estimate (how long it takes to make your item) and a transit-time estimate (how long shipping typically takes once it leaves production) — add the two together for a rough delivery window. Business-day ranges, not guaranteed dates.

Made to order

Most items are made after you order them, through one or more approved fulfillment partners. That keeps more sizes and styles available without warehousing bulk inventory.

Split shipments

If your order includes items produced by different partners, they may ship separately, each with its own tracking number. We'll show you exactly which items are in each shipment as soon as that information exists — we don't promise a shipment count before it's known.

PO boxes

We're currently unable to deliver made-to-order shipments to PO boxes.
